Improve your mobility. You are in danger if you stay sitting for longer than 3-4 hours at a stretch. Every 1-2 hours, get out of your chair and take a little stroll. Light stretching and bending postures are recommended.
Take your gaze away from the computer screen every hour and do some brief eye exercises. You can blink quickly or roll your eyes for 5 minutes. This will help to minimize eye tiredness and dryness.
