Hello, I am from Mumbai due to heavy rainfall in our locality the water supply was not good and from few days I am suffering from throat pain and fever. Then I had gone for simple medical recommended medicine for 2 days the pain and fever were not too much as compared to before. But as I stop medically recommended tablets it starts again. And now after a week, I am facing a dry cough at night, and headache and night fever steadily can you please suggest which kind of symptoms facing.
